Buying a structure raises practical questions: sizes, anchoring, freight, lead time and documentation. If yours is not answered here, send it through the quote form and we answer by email.
We sell them. Majestic supplies sailcloth marquees, stretch tents and custom structures to hire companies, venues and private buyers across Australia, New Zealand and Southeast Asia. A hire service is in preparation but not yet launched; if you would rather hire, tell us where and when through the form, and your request helps decide where it starts.
Sailcloth marquees come in widths from 6 m to 20 m, with the length built up to suit your site. Stretch tents run from 4.5 x 4.5 m to 15 x 19.5 m in 1.5 m steps and can also be made to a custom shape. Tell us your guest numbers and your site and we recommend a size.
It depends on the size, the configuration and the accessories. We do not publish prices; send your requirements and we reply by email with a formal quotation, ex works in euros, with freight shown separately.
Three to four months from deposit to delivery is a realistic working figure for Australia and New Zealand. We confirm a date once your configuration is fixed, with a buffer for port delays built in.
Every export order is crated to fit a 20 ft container and no single item is longer than 4 m. We deliver to Australia, New Zealand, Bali and Indonesia and Southeast Asia, to your port or to your door.
50% to confirm the order and the remaining 50% before shipping, by bank transfer.
Your own crew. Every tent comes with assembly instructions, we can help your team with the first build, and spare parts and accessories stay available for the life of the tent.
Stretch tents carry a five-year warranty on the canvas. Sailcloth marquees carry a one-year warranty against factory defects.
Stretch tents can be made to custom shapes and sizes. Fully bespoke structures that need their own engineering are possible but usually expensive, and we tell you so at the start.
Both product lines are waterproof and made for outdoor use. Safe wind limits depend on the size, the anchoring and the ground and are set out in the structural documentation for your tent. We send that documentation and the available fabric fire test reports before you order, so you can check them against your council or venue requirements.
