Majestic Marquees & Tents is the Asia-Pacific dealer for Qtents, the Dutch manufacturer of sailcloth and stretch canvas used by European hire fleets. We are a sales organisation, not a hire company: we supply the structure, the spares and the know-how, and we stay out of your market. Australia

Crated for a 20 ft container and shipped to Melbourne, with other ports on request. Roughly eight weeks of production plus six at sea, buffered before we commit to a date.

Rotterdam to Auckland as a crated container consignment, ten to twelve weeks at sea. We plan MPI biosecurity clearance with our forwarder before you commit.

How every export order works

Crated for a 20 ft containerEvery overseas order is crated to fit a standard 20 ft container. No pole exceeds 4 m; poles are split with engineered connectors as standard.

Honest datesWe never pass a carrier ETA on as a delivery date. We add a buffer, and if your event date only works on the optimistic version, we say so before you pay a deposit.

Itemised quotesTent, crating and freight are shown as separate lines so you can compare against a local supplier like for like.

50 / 50 paymentHalf to confirm the order, half before the tent ships. Nothing else in between.

Spares for lifeReplacement canvas, sidewalls, poles, rigging and anchors are available for as long as you own the tent.

WarrantyFive years on stretch canvas, one year against factory defects on sailcloth.

Which structure for which job

A sailcloth marquee is the one clients photograph: translucent canvas, timber poles, radiating seams, 29 sizes up to 20 x 38 m and roughly 480 seated. It is the highest-margin line a hire fleet can own and a permanent-feeling space for a venue that packs away for the off-season.

A stretch tent goes where a frame cannot: slopes, beaches, courtyards, rooftops, between trees. Two people rig a 10 x 15 m canopy in a morning, and the same canvas works as open shade in summer and a closed room in the rain. Standard sizes run from 4.5 x 4.5 m to 15 x 19.5 m on a 1.5 m module, or we make it to measure.
